I took this photo during a captivating visit to Thingvellir National Park, a place steeped in both history and natural wonder. Standing in Iceland, Thingvellir is celebrated as the site of the world’s first parliament, the Althing, established in 930 AD. Walking the paths here, I'm reminded of the pivotal decisions that shaped a nation and how this extraordinary landscape cradled such groundbreaking political events.
