90th Anniversary Of Turkish Republic

Firework, light and music show were organized on Bosporus Bridge on 29th October night as Turkey marked the 90th anniversary of Republic foundation. The firework show started at 19:50 local time, amazed viewers. More than 48 thousand fireworks weighed at 20 tones set off from 16 different points including Bosporus Bridge. 150 skytracer which has 8,000 watts of power each, were used to enlighten the sky. Istanbulites and guests of the city showed great interest to the event. There were also many photographers who came there many hours ago to allocate good view points. Even though I was there around 16:30, had difficulties to find a place to set up my tripod.
