About This PhotoThe Story Behind
I shot this photo during my trip to Narok County in Kenya. It's a place full of amazing wildlife and endless savannahs, and I was lucky to spot this antelope. The antelope was just lounging in the grass, looking so calm and majestic with its impressive horns. I used my Canon EOS 7D with a 100-400mm lens to get a good close-up without disturbing it. Narok County is part of the Maasai Mara ecosystem, known for its rich animal life, especially during the Great Migration. The gentle breeze and golden grass created a peaceful scene that I wanted to capture. It was one of those moments where nature puts on a simple yet intriguing show. The lighting was just right, making the details in the antelope's fur stand out. Spending time in places like these reminds me of the beauty and tranquility of nature, and I hope this photo brings a bit of that feeling to you too.
