About This PhotoThe Story Behind
I shot this photo during my trip to Hana in Hawaii, a place known for its lush landscapes and serene surroundings. This bamboo forest is tucked away on the island, offering a quiet spot where you can really feel connected to nature. I used my Canon EOS 7D Mark II with an EF-S10-22mm lens, which helped capture the height and slenderness of the bamboo. Looking up, the sky peeks through the tightly-knit canopy, and the green hues feel almost endless. It's one of those places where you just stand still and listen to the gentle rustling of the bamboo as it sways with the wind. Hana is not just famous for its gorgeous road with stunning views, but also for gems like this, where nature takes the center stage. It’s always a favorite spot of mine when I visit Maui.
